The Fire of London

London started a big fire on Sep.1666 just because of a baker who's in the King's bakery .At that time,the weather was very hot and there had not rainned for weeks in London.The fire spread all wooden houses and buildings.On 4th. Sep. the fire spreaded through the whole country.So many people were worried that they tried to leave the city and poured down to the River Thames in an attempt to escape by boat.

By 4th September,the city is all covered with flames.The king joined  the fire fighters and wanted to stop it,he ordered people to pull down all the buildings,but unfortunately,the fire became biger and biger.

Hundreds of thousands of people were left homeless,everything was broken by the fire.but the fire did clense the city.After that,people rebuild the city,St. Paul's Cathedral was started in 1675 and completed in 1711.When we  Look at London now,it's so beautiful beacuse of the re-builded buildings,so,to some exent,fire bring people good things.
